👥 Managing Clients

Add clients, update their info, set schedules, add property photos, and manage your client list.

Add a client

Tap the green + button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Fill in the client's name and address.

Choose a service type (mowing, landscaping, etc.), set the price per visit, and select a frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

Optionally add their phone number (for autopay invites) and email (for receipts).

Tap Save. The client appears on your Home screen and is scheduled based on the frequency you chose.
You can always edit any of these details later from the client's detail page.
Edit client info

Go to Settings and tap Clients.

Select the client you want to edit from the list.

Tap the field you want to change — name, address, email, phone, price, service type, or frequency.

An edit sheet opens. Make your changes and tap Save.
Changes take effect immediately. Updated pricing applies to future visits only.
Set recurring schedule

Open a client's detail page by tapping their name.

Tap the frequency field and choose Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, or a custom interval.

Pick the day of the week this client should be scheduled.

The schedule updates automatically and future visits are added to your calendar.
The calendar shows dots on days this client is due, making it easy to see your week at a glance.
Add a property photo

Open a client's detail page by tapping their name.

Tap "Add Photo" at the top of the detail page.

Choose Camera to take a new photo or Photo Library to pick an existing one.

Crop the image to fit, then confirm. The photo appears on the client card across the app.
A property photo makes it easy to identify clients at a glance, especially when you have a full schedule.
Remove a client

Open a client's detail page by tapping their name.

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Remove Client".

Confirm the removal in the dialog that appears.
Warning: This deletes all visit history for this client. This action cannot be undone.
