Everything about charging clients, autopay, refunds, and tracking your earnings.

How to charge a client's card

Find the job under "Up Next" on the Home screen and tap "Job Done".

Review the amount and tap "Charge Card".
Paying cash? Tap "Cash" instead — the job is still recorded.

Done. The card is charged instantly and the job moves to "Done Today".
Funds arrive in your bank in about 2 business days.
Send an autopay invite

There are four places you can send an autopay invite. Each one opens a pre-written SMS with a secure Stripe link for your client to save their card.

Option 1 — Client Detail Page

Tap a client from Home to open their detail page.

Scroll to the payment section and tap "Send Autopay Invite" (or "Resend Autopay Invite" if they were already invited).
You'll need their phone number on file. Tap "Edit" to add it first if it's missing.

Option 2 — When Adding a New Client

On the Add Client screen, fill in the client's details including their phone number.

Tap "Save & Send Autopay Invite" instead of the regular save button. The client is created and the invite SMS opens in one step.

Option 3 — From the Charge Sheet

When you complete a job for a client who doesn't have a card on file, the charge sheet shows a "Send Autopay Invite" button.

Tap it to send the invite right after completing their job.

Option 4 — From the Earnings Tab

Tap Earnings in the bottom toolbar. Clients without a card appear in the "Invite to Autopay" section.

Tap "Re-send Invite" next to any client to open the invite SMS.

What happens next

Your client taps the link, enters their card on Stripe's secure page, and they're set up. You can now charge them automatically after every visit. Their card info is stored by Stripe — it never touches Lawnzy's servers.

Issue a refund

On the Home screen, scroll down to the "Done Today" section.

Find the completed job you want to refund and tap "Refund & Re-charge".

Confirm the refund. The full amount is returned to the client's card via Stripe, and the job moves back to your pending list so you can re-charge if needed.
Refunds typically process in 5–10 business days.
Track your earnings

Tap "Earnings" in the bottom toolbar.

The monthly total shows at the top — how much you've earned this month across all clients.

Below that, the weekly earnings chart breaks down your earnings by week. Each client is listed with their individual total and visit count.
Tap any client to see their full visit history and issue refunds if needed.
Generate a client statement

Open a client's detail page and scroll to the Statement section.

Tap "Generate Statement". A PDF is created with all visits and charges for the selected month.

Use the share sheet to send it via text, email, AirDrop, or save to Files.
Statements include your business name and logo if you've set them up in Settings.
View your monthly provider statement

Go to Settings → Statements.

Tap "Generate Statement" at the top. This creates a summary PDF of all your earnings, jobs completed, and clients served for the month.
