Your lawn care provider uses Lawnzy. Here's what that means for you.

What is Lawnzy?

Lawnzy is an iPhone app that your lawn care provider uses to manage their business — scheduling, payments, and client records.

You don't need to download anything. Lawnzy handles everything behind the scenes. Your provider may send you a text to set up autopay, and you'll receive receipts after each service.

Is the autopay text legit?

Yes, it's legit. Your lawn care provider sent it through Lawnzy to set up automatic payments for your service.

The link takes you to Stripe's secure payment page — not a Lawnzy page. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, including Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft.

Lawnzy never sees or stores your card number. After you save your card, your provider can charge it after each visit — you'll receive a receipt every time.

How is my card stored?

Your card is stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Lawnzy never sees or stores your card number.

When you enter your card via the setup link, it goes directly to Stripe's servers — encrypted with the same security standards used by banks. Your lawn care provider only sees the last 4 digits and card brand (e.g., Visa ending in 4242).

Contact your provider at any time to have your card removed.

View your receipt

After each service, you'll receive a receipt via email if your provider has your email on file. The receipt shows the date, service type, and amount charged.

You can also request a monthly statement from your provider — a PDF showing all visits and charges for the month.

If you have questions about a charge, contact your lawn care provider directly. They can issue refunds through the app.
